If you have any doubts about the wood colors shown on the site, we recommend that you contact your nearest dealer. By visiting our store, you’ll be able to see and touch samples. You’ll then have the option of ordering directly in-store or via the website.

It takes 3 months to receive a piece of furniture ordered on our site. Please note that each piece of furniture is made to order specifically for you.

Your furniture is handed over to a specialized carrier. It arrives carefully packed in a cardboard box. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery day and time. Two delivery drivers drop off and unpack the furniture in the room of your choice. They leave with the empty packaging. We invite you to check the condition of the entire piece of furniture before the delivery driver leaves with the signed delivery note. If, despite all our checks and careful attention to the packaging, your product is faulty, please give us full details. There can be no recourse unless the damage is indicated on the delivery note. Please note: the basic delivery service does not include any assembly other than the installation of shelves. This does not include assembly for tables or modular bookcases.

Delivery charges vary according to the volume of furniture selected. Charges are calculated when the order is placed.
Some furniture (particularly tables) requires assembly during installation. This assembly requires manual skills that a non-professional may not be able to perform. If you have any doubts about your ability to do this when your furniture arrives, we suggest you take out an additional assembly option. This service will be carried out by the delivery team.

We only deliver to Metropolitan France.

You can order online without any risk. We use the 3D Secure system for payment. No bank details are transmitted to Michel Ferrand. Only our partner bank receives and uses the data for the transaction.

We allow payment in instalments, at no cost to you. The order is processed as soon as the first instalment is received.

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will then be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched. The carrier will then contact you (by e-mail or telephone) to arrange a delivery date. Our customer service team is also available to answer any questions you may have by e-mail or telephone.

Please note that we are sorry if you are not completely satisfied with our product. To benefit from a product return, you can either:
– Refuse the order on delivery, the deliveryman will then leave with the parcel.
– Inform our customer service department, within the legal time limit of 14 days, that the product received does not suit you. Return costs will be deducted from the full reimbursement of your order. The cost of returning products is 200€ per m3 transported. Please note that it is your responsibility to pack your furniture with the utmost care before the carrier arrives. Penalties may apply if the furniture is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging. You can also return the furniture to our Torcé Viviers (53) depot by your own means, if you wish. In each of the above cases, we will wait until we have received and checked your package before issuing a refund.

MICHEL FERRAND furniture requires no special maintenance. You may use colorless wax on a soft, clean cloth once a year to revive the finish.
Whatever the type of furniture, if you spill food liquids (water, wine), it is essential to blot with a wrung-out sponge and wipe with a cloth as soon as possible. High-quality varnish is applied to furniture to protect the wood. However, it does not guarantee an unconditional barrier against liquids left in contact with it for longer than a certain period of time.
Under no circumstances should hot dishes be placed directly on the furniture.
If you use a table protector, we recommend only genuine “BULGOMME”. Beware of counterfeit products, some of which contain solvents that attack the varnish and damage your table. Place the smooth side against the table, with the patterned side facing up. Wait a few days after receiving your table before protecting it with this Bulgomme.
